Rationale for the inclusion of the course in the programme:

This is a compulsory course for MPM students in the area of public management. The course exposes students’ to understand with the reality issues and challenges faced by the decision makers’ in imposing good governance values and practices in the real situation. This will further generate their innovative and critical thinking behaviour in understanding and solving the problems as to prepare them to become good decision makers.
