This is a pre intermediate proficiency course which introduces students to basic communication skills in an integrated manner, using the four skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Particular emphasis is placed on developing oral communication skills. The grammar and vocabulary aspects of the language are also covered. The course provides a variety of language tasks and activities to develop students interpersonal communication skills. Students will have a lot of opportunities to practise the language in a wide variety of social contexts.
