The course hopes to expose students to communication in negotiation. Among the aspects that will be discussed are important concepts of communication for negotiation, theories and models of persuasion and negotiation, planning, strategies and tactics of communication in negotiation. Besides, the course will also be focused on the skills and the importance of communication for better negotiation outcomes.
