This course aims to expose students on the importance of changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in an organisation. Understanding of theories, concepts and change model is necessary to enable student to become the agent of change who is capable to diagnose, plan and implement interventions of change in any organisation. Apart from that, students need to understand each change will have obstacles and barriers from the members of the organisation. Therefore, this course exposes them to the techniques and methods to overcome the obstacle of change. Students will also be taught how to evaluate the changes made.
