Culture and communication are key elements in learning and recognizing human and humanity. Hence, this course attempts to provide concepts and theoretical perspectives on the process of intercultural communication. Some of the concepts include culture and communication, cultural influences on communication, intercultural communication in context and intercultural competence. The skills acquired from this course will assist students to become effective global citizen/managers in a diverse society and organization.
