This course discusses the aspects of human resource management particularly in public orgnanisation and generally in private organisation. It aims to equip students with up-to-date techniques and information to ensure they can manage human resource effectively. Students will also be exposed on the role of human resource management, analysing occupation, prepare a systematic career development system, conducting training, recruitment and selecting process, motivation, performance evaluation, industrial relations and employees legislative aspect.
