JA241 SGDQ2123 KUMP VV CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHOLOGY IN SCHOOL

This course is intended to facilitate the expansion of students understanding and awareness of children and adolescent behaviours via developmental psychology. Through a variety of engaging activities, such as class discussion, small group activities, online learning and presentations, students will explore concepts and theories of child and adolescent development in order to draw the implications on teaching and learning processes in the classroom. This course places emphasis on current research based issues relating children and adolescent development in educational contexts.
