This course explains the theoretical and practical aspects of the Islamic financial markets, instruments and institutions. Students will be guided to explore the main concepts underpinning Islamic financial intermediation. The students will also be exposed to the evolution and development of Islamic financial institutions and markets globally and the Malaysian experience in particular.
