This course will discuss in depth about Islamic finance and banking regulations and shariah governance. Students will be exposed on the importance of law in human life and the background of regulations and regulators in Islamic financial system. Later, they will be exposed to topics such as the sources of Islamic law, banking regulations, guidelines and standards. This course also discusses current issues in the regulations and Shariah governance.
