This course will discuss the organization's environment viewed from the sociological perspective. In addition, the course also aims to analyze the process and organizational management issues in the context of sociological accounting for internal and external organizational entity that is always changing. Thus, the topics that will be discussed include the concepts of sociology in the study groups, organizations and institutions, social and environmental change and its impact on the organization and the community. The problems arising in the organization as a result of changes in the context of social, economic, political and culture will also be discussed from the point of view of the theory of sociological inquiry and philosophy.
