Students will be exposed to career management in organisation. This course also exposes students to gain skills in recognizing their interest and ability as well as to make decision towards working world. In addition, students are taught to plan, manage and develop staff career in an organisation and for themselves. The topics covered includes career management, roles of management in developing staff career, managers responsibilities and roles as driving force of staff career development, career planning, individual career planning, implementation of career activities and ways to handle career problems. Issues and recent cases related will also be discussed to be in line with current career world relevantly.
