Kursus ini ditawarkan sebagai kursus teras universiti. Pelajar didedahkan dengan penggunaan aplikasi komputer yang banyak digunakan oleh organisasi samada untuk tujuan pengurusan fungsi perniagaan, komunikasi dan lain-lain lagi. Pelajar akan diajar kaedah yang betul untuk menggunakan perisian yang tentu bagi menulis laporan, memasukkan data untuk tujuan statistik dan konsep asas sesuatu pangkalan data.

Pelajar juga akan didedahkan cara bagaimana menterjemahkan data kepada carta dan rajah, persediaan yang sesuai sebelum sesuatu persembahan, strategi mempersembahkan sesuatu maklumat secara elektronik. Di samping itu, pelajar juga terlibat dalam penggunaan internet termasuklah proses pembinaan dan penyelenggaraan sesuatu laman web.

This course will introduce the students to the concept and method of community service. Basic knowledge in term of theory and practice on how to conduct a service community program to ensure the students can implement it effectively.
