This course aims to expose how to design and deliver instruction to meet training needs. It will take student from the analysis stage to the evaluation stage. In the process, student will conduct their own analysis, create a training plan, incorporate instructional events that facilitate learning transfer, and determine evaluation methods and measurements for training and development program. Student will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the theories, models and tools used to support training and development.
