This course aims to expose students to the importance of changes made to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in an organisation. Understanding of theories, concepts and change models is necessary to enable students to become agents of change who are capable of diagnosing, planning and implementing interventions of change in any organisation. Apart from that, students need to understand that each change will have obstacles and barriers from the members of the organisation. Therefore, this course exposes them to the techniques and methods to overcome the obstacle of change. Students will also be taught how to evaluate the changes made.

This course will expose students to the world of employment to enable knowledge theoretical and conceptual apply to practical form in the selected organisation whether in the public or private sector. Students will also be directly involved with the task given by the employer in addition to the need to prepare a Folio Executive in accordance with the guidelines set by the college.
