This course aims to expose students to the importance of changes made to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in an organisation. Understanding of theories, concepts and change models is necessary to enable students to become agents of change who are capable of diagnosing, planning and implementing interventions of change in any organisation. Apart from that, students need to understand that each change will have obstacles and barriers from the members of the organisation.
